Atmospheric CO2 "Pumphandle" graph - CarbonTracker

I need to admit that it engages (or is that enrages, perhaps both)
me to hear some fool with a gift for gab, proclaim to the world that there is no science behind our Anthropogenic Global Warming situation.

It’s I¶!@+c, but add enough ruthlessness to I&!@t and anything is possible.

Recently I got to reflect that I always believed what I was taught–that knowledge is power, and I know that there is a lot of truth in that - unfortunately the past decades have proven to me that greed and ruthlessness destroys truth and honesty, like a flash flood.

And that is very bad. Here’s a bit of the physical reality that has been documented:

History of atmospheric CO2, from 800,000 years ago until January 2022. For more information on CO2 measurements, visit https://gml.noaa.gov/ccgg/trends

As for that link

The U.S. government is closed. This site will not be updated; however, NOAA websites and social media channels necessary to protect lives and property will be maintained.

Another reality of the monster we allowed to be brought down upon us.

For what it’s worth,

Currently CO2 is 425.30 parts per million (ppm)

Outdoor reading.

For a couple bucks on Amazon, you can buy a CO2 reader. I bet this winter as in the past your CO2 levels will surprise you. ResearchGate claims levels between 9,000ppm and 10,000ppm were found in school classrooms. The schools recommend 1,000 ppm. Bedrooms with two people are 2,400-4,500 ppm.

Where did you get that?

And the CO2 in my bedroom isn’t causing climate change. We measure it at Mauna Loa because we want a place that’s stable and represents the overall global average.

It is part of recommended regulations in California K-12 schools that are receiving funds from two programs. They call it recommended, because I don’t think there is anyway they could get levels that low without windows and door open.

Sorry to hear that
