I tried some of these myself but none of them really worked. The room didn’t really shake for me, and when I spun with my eyes closed it felt like I was spinning not the room.
There is an external physical world, but your mind is generating an illusion or projection based on the 2d inputs of your small retinas and eardrums only inches from the brain.
What 2D input? Unless you only have one eye, or one ear.

There is a big freak’n difference between “illusion” and “projection.”
Although the clearest way to word it is probably using the word “perceive” - as in “we perceive the world” - That is, we perceive our physical reality, with our particular sensing organs, processed through our particular dynamic brain, which is tuned into our particular individual needs and expectations.
And every creature has its own unique perception. Which does nothing to negate the unique perceptions of all the others.
I’ll be honest a lot of the illusions he mentioned above didn’t work when I tried them. Especially flipping a tv to a 2d screen he mentions at the end.
He also makes some weird leaps to consciousness. Though the part about 3d isn’t entirely accurate since we live in a 3d world regardless of how we see. Also this kinda ignores those who are blind.
