Well he is certainly in the business of promoting them if only to keep the ratings of his show up. I am not sure if he has an actual investments in the supplement industry.

If he's being paid to tout them it works the same way and it's a conflict of interest, IMO. He's probably pocketing more cash than the average investor. Lois
