Rex Tillerson is the best man for the job!

Trump has made a very sensible choice with Tillerson.
Here’s a man who has made the highest level contacts around the world dealing in politics and trade on the
highest professional levels.
And he’s a man who worked tirelessly for decades to ensure that you can drive your car to a gas station and fill up your tank.
Or buy carpets for your house. Or have the benefit of plastics in your everyday needs.
If you ever needed to fly somewhere, you can thank people like Rex Tillerson.
Shopping for anything for that matter.
He seems like a very knowledgeable man that knows what it takes to get things done.
What better choice than picking the CEO of a company who provides the most important substance ever known to mankind?
And a substance that is going to be the cause of growing global dynamics in the years to come.

He'll get things done, all right. Will he also make the trains run on time?
And a substance that is going to be the cause of growing global dynamics in the years to come.
Growing global dynamics, and what do you think that is going to do for society? Or how about preparing society for the future heading at us?
Growing global dynamics, and what do you think that is going to do for society? Or how about preparing society for the future heading at us?
Pretty sure the past will be a good guide for what will happen in the future. You don't prepare society....the dynamic is society. I suppose you are hinting at your pet notion of Climate Change and fossil fuels. A worthy notion. The other big players only want to use regulations and treaties to strangle the US productivity and economy. They have no intention of playing that game. India, China, Russia, the list is getting longer. Our only hope is innovation and capitalism on these matters.(Clean Technology) This is why Tillerson is a good choice. It doesn't matter if you put Ralph Nader and Bernie Sanders in the White House. The rest of the globe will just see it as weakness and they will play that card to a tee. It's obvious. We just saw 8 years of that unfortunately. The rest of the world squabbling about credits and degrees in which who can pollute and to what extent. And everybody else pointing the finger at the US. And Obama trying to placate them... You can point to any treaties or "progress" that was made in the past..that's window dressing. There are emerging economies out there that will dwarf the size of the US population and consumption. And these nations and players are not going to let treaties or regs get in their way. This to say nothing of the increasing saber rattling and positioning that other large players have put under way in the past 20 years or so. Again you can choose any POTUS and Congress you want...pick your dream team!! Play it! Go ahead.
This to say nothing of the increasing saber rattling and positioning that other large players have put under way in the past 20 years or so
Of the past 20 years :grrr: - How well do you know your history? Have Americans and America made any mistakes? Any out of hand saber rattling? Any unjust visiting of terror on neighborhoods filled with innocent civilians? Thus guaranteed to produce absolute self-righteous vengeance lust for America? Any setting the world standard that the military industrial complex was thee growth industry to support and be dictated by? Any love affair with weapons and violence over all else :smirk: http://www.cheatsheet.com/business/the-worlds-10-largest-arms-exporters.html/?a=viewall http://www.therichest.com/expensive-lifestyle/location/the-top-10-weapon-exporting-countries-in-the-world/ Poor beleaguered America the innocent, America the free, ... for the lucky and most ruthless. {people like V. piss and moan about how much "they" hate us, yet never spend a thought on how we've purchased and earned that hatred and vengeance lust.}
Growing global dynamics, and what do you think that is going to do for society? Or how about preparing society for the future heading at us?
Pretty sure the past will be a good guide for what will happen in the future. {now there's an indication of how little attention you are paying to the important stuff*} You don't prepare society....the dynamic is society. {yeah I know what you mean, just like economies and jobs aren't dictated by the masters of the universe, they are the product of resource availability and timing} {Although, your notion puts a lie to all the strategic planning everyone does - from insurance, to investments, to military build up and all the rest.} I suppose you are hinting at your pet notion of Climate Change and fossil fuels. A worthy notion. Hey V., please help me understand what you mean here, please share your thoughts on manmade global warming driving climate change, here in 2017 and say, the next decade. How much do you think your prosperity depends on fairly predictable and moderate weather patterns? Do you think fossil fuels emissions' driven global warming is a hoax? Do you think science thoroughly understand our atmosphere and how greenhouse gases act as an insulating medium? If not, care to explain why? Do you think that thunderstorm systems as a rule are dumping more water out of the heavens than twenty, forty years ago? Do you think rising sea levels pose and imminent threat to coastal cities and eco-systems? Do you think that in your lifetime you will see an dramatic shift to ever more destructive (lives, infrastructure, landscapes) extreme weather events? ~~~~~~~~~~~ * My follow up questions to that would run along the lines of, How much to you think the health of our oceans and it's biodiversity influence Wall Street Economics, How important are healthy farmlands and clean rivers to Wall Street Economics, I could go on. Of course I am making an assumptions that most of V. world revolves around business, investments, profits. I imagine you are more than comfortable with the notion of The Corporation of Amerika dedicated to self-interest and profits uber alles.
