I suppose you are hinting at your pet notion of Climate Change and fossil fuels. A worthy notion. The other big players only want to use regulations and treaties to strangle the US productivity and economy. They have no intention of playing that game. India, China, Russia, the list is getting longer. Our only hope is innovation and capitalism on these matters.(Clean Technology) This is why Tillerson is a good choice.
