Of course, they don’t give any actual numbers in the article just, “Increased by 71%,” “41% greater risk” (whatever the hell that means), but it’s interesting.
I love how often this happens. Some research somewhere kind of, sort of says that taking such and such oil, protein, whatever is good for you. Everyone jumps on it–doctors, media, public–pills and bills fly through the air, companies latch onto the zeitgeist and our food gets stuffed full of questionable health “benefits”. Then, Oops, bad for you muthas! We think. Maybe.
