..and that the number of children on medication for the disorder had soared to 3.5 million from 600,000 in 1990.
Ooops. My math was a little off there. That's way more than tripled.! And it's 2 decades. Not one.

Well I guess we can always expect that. Apparently the concern for profits is supposed to further mankind in to better things. Better living. That is until the concerned profiteer runs out of good ideas. Then profits must be made off of less "valuable" concepts. Or the profiteer must widen his market by convincing more people they need his/her product. Whether the product is valuable to the consumer or not.

And if you want to see the fabulous wealth your physician has accrued from big bad pharma there is a website that keeps track of this. I’ve given the link below. I am guessing that if you look up your physician you are likely to find they got a few of $15 or $20 lunches during the year at most. This is not a doctor run website. Its one run by a consumer interest group.

Yeah, I already saw that. Disclosure is part of the new Healthcare Law. It takes effect next year. All of the pharma cos. are just getting ahead of the game. It's funny that you think I have an ax to grind though. I wish you wouldn't respond, truth be told. Having to debate you when you take this as a personal affront is both tedious and distracting. (ah, that's where the perceived ax comes in...) The NYT article is highly revealing. I hope you read it. More Yellow Journalism right? :lol:
