I have to admit, i didn't understand the last part where the man gets out of a car and goes up the steps. I'm not a Trekkie. Did I miss something important? Lois

It is somewhat funny.
Of course the irony is wondering if Vulcans could figure out planned obsolescence in cars 43 years after the Moon landing.

Lois It has nothing to do with Star Trek, but with Audi's automatic parking system. Actually I have since discovered that the man who gets out of the car at the end is the actor who plays Spock in the latest StarTrek movie. And that the car is a self-driving Audi that the new Spock presumably drives instead of a Mercedes. "Fascinating," as everyone knows, is Spock's trademark. Lois

The young man (Zachary Quinto) standing next to Leonard Nimoy is the actor that plays Spock in the new ‘series’. I’m not sure who the fellow getting out of the self driving car is…
Take care,
Derek

I'm not sure who the fellow getting out of the self driving car is...
He is not relevant. It's about THE CAR!

“Decaf”? Lol!

It might not be about Star Trek or Leonard Nimoy, but that is what I was watching when I watched the video. I had no clue what the car was, until someone here told us, nor did I care. I’ve quickly forgotten it, watched the video again, and never once caught the name of the car nor was I interested in the car. I got a kick out of Leonard using the Vulcan grip on his friend, as well as on of his most famous lines. Who gives a f*** about the car and I think Nimoy agrees given what he said about the car, which was bleeped out, but one could still read his lips.

Thanks. I haven't watched a Star Trek movie since the first one, so I woukdn't know who plays the latest Spock. This was just what someone told me. Lois
