It's absolutely disgusting, as it plays on the racial biases, fears, and over-inflated "victim" mentality that is highly pervasive in our culture. What people don't realize is that this actually serves to indirectly perpetuate some of the problems that my people suffer from, as it removes all personal responsibility from the African American community, and turns every negative experience into just another losing battle against the all-powerful "Man" who is determined to "keep me down".
BRAVO! It's also racist and condescending in that it assumes Blacks are poor, poor pitiful simpletons who are helpless and incapable of handling life's difficulties and must be spoon fed and helped along at every step of the way by those in charge.
And the break-up of the Black family unit is, in my opinion, one of the biggest and most dangerous problems facing young Black men and women. Yes, I know Trayvon's Father played a roll in his upbringing, but I'm talking overall. And the enabling of this (usually) Single-Mother household with no Father in the lives' of their children by (usually) Democrat politicians and their unintended-consequence-causing government programs is doing more harm to Blacks than anything the idiot a$$holes in the KKK could ever hope to do.
