Our Thanksgiving was in October. November’s way too late to have that holiday in Canada; the harvest has been finished and there’s been snow on the ground for a month.
Hope you and all the other CFI folks had a great and safe Thanksgiving.
For me, religion is the effort of Man to explain the world and to answer some fundamental questions by the surnatural. There can be a religion without god or gods, as Buddhism.
I don’t believe in god or gods because i feel that Man creates them to answer his needs at a given time.
If supernatural is demons and devils, I don’t believe in it.
What do I believe, beyond that ? I really don’t know.
What I do believe is that the universe is a whole and that we are part of it, that everyone of us has in himself something of it.
Has the universe a mind or a spirit? I don’t know. What I know is that if I absolutely should be religious, i would believe that Yes.
