There were a few red-flags…
They talked about a tri-layer of graphene being super-conductive at 1.7K
and then poof that morphed into capture of neutrinos as an energy source ?
A specific target mentioned was watch-batteries and pacemakers…
Uh huh…
It doesn’t strike me that watchbatteries is exactly the kind of lucrative market to drive development of neutrino-energy devices.

The Ice Cube experiment is another very perfect demonstration of the extremely small neutrino-matter interaction? Yes, in that process some energy is transferred. No, there is no chance to get enough energy to generate electricity (assumming this the queston) or cook one egg.

On the other hand, note that the most efficient neutrino energy capture system will never be more efficient than the simplest photon energy capture systems. The rates of capture (interaction) of these particles with matter are different by dozens of orders of magnitude. The flow of solar energy through photons makes any industrial project to obtain energy from neutrinos unfeasible.
