He is a witness. If he fails to testify against Trump on criminal behavior, he becomes an accomplice. Of course he is scared of Trump. Trump issued a fatwah against Pence and he has active operators doing his bidding. Ask Nancy Pelosi. But that is precisely why Trump belongs in jail. He is a crime boss. If Pence is placed under oath as a witness they will care what he has to say. I doubt he would commit perjury. Then he would go to jail and that is not going to happen. ---
