Has the philosophy of science in the last 700 years been for understanding Observation;
Optics and Testing have changed the meanings of our observations;
We observe these meanings as changes in our lives;
Is life the effect of Observation when we observe;
Is Observation a Value in the Cosmos Universe? also,
Philosophy is about noumenon—about the existence of observation–
Science is about phenomena—-about the observation of existence–
Discriptions areSyntactic/semantic predicates of Observation
