SCOTUS has delivered equal justice many times. Interracial marriage is legal. Abortion is legal. Public discrimination is illegal, to name a few.Those are good points. However, they came rather slow. The SCOTUS rarely leads us toward justice, it almost always follows after decades of injustice.
