For sure I would think that by age 25, the brain is pretty much as well formed as it’s gonna get, and the entity is, then, no doubt, a human life, and should no longer be subject to retroactive abortion.
Young 'uns would be more sure to be nice to their mothers until reaching their 25th birthday.
