Mr.GOP, Why is an unborn fetus more important than a matriarch?

But Stardust says that the entity that is feeding off of the pregnant woman is a living human being, IF its brain is developed to a certain point (I’m not clear on when that point exactly is but it is important since after that point, the woman could be subject to the death penalty, along with the medical ppl who help her, for exercising her choice.) Stardust seems very sure about this.

But then, someone else could claim to be very sure that human life does not begin until complex verbal behavior is developed (as this is what separates humans from most other animals). In that case, a woman would have a choice to abort retroactively until the entity is around age 2 or, often, after. I know that sounds cruel as the little ones are typically so cute, but one arbitrary point at which brain development establishes the beginning of human life, seems as valid as another.
