I get the impression that Jeb is an underperforming little bro who looks up to his dad and older bro, and wants to show them he could do it too. The problem is, he seems even less suited for straight-up politics then his brother.
If his name was Jeb Smith, he wouldn't even manage an A&W Rootbeer stand.
It's that simple.
Same with Hillary.
If her name was Hillary Johnson, she'd be an ambulance chaser or some policy think tank director designed to funnel in taxes towards some
bureaucratic sinkhole.
