# How were homosexuals treated in the Netherlands during the Nazi Occupation.

Apparently gays were persecuted then…

So which is it?

Both articles claim that homos were not sent to camps during the war in the Netherlands as they were in Germany. So even tho it was illegal during the war in the Netherlands, homosexuality was apparently not punished as much there as in Germany, unless it was in the context of man/boy pedo homosexuality.

Is your focus on the _Netherlands_ part, or the _Nazi_ part in general, re treatment of homosexuals?
