This is mostly in regards to the comment at the start:

“All I am is a scrapbook of people, things, and events I’ve witnessed and experienced”

“I didn’t exit the womb a fully formed consciousness with opinions and tastes that I still maintain today”

“How am I not myself? What makes me me? Am I not just a collection of interactions and influences patched together from others?”

The whole video is about the lack of originality in modernity with people essentially just iterating the same thing over and over again because it works and no one really being authentic. Which makes it odd that the video starts with those lines and it has me wondering what to make of what makes someone themselves and what makes something authentic of we are sums of things around us.
