A mastiff is a BIG DOG. He’s a mammoth of a dog. I’ve met one of those dogs and he stood almost as tall as I am (I’m 4’ 11"). A great dane stands as tall as I do, but she was thinner than the mastiff. Needless to say, these dogs are too much dog for me and thankfully belonged to friends. I’m more of a cat person, who also likes Chihuahuas, Yorkies, even the new one called a Chorkie. Then again, I guess it takes a little human to like cats and little dogs. 🙂 ---
