I don’t think I would, but a dead fetus doesn’t need surgical abortion. That is a miscarriage.

Not all fetuses slide out. It can stay in the uterus and rot, causing the woman to become sepsis.

How old are you? You sound like you are spouting old Rupug ignorance/misinformation. Either that or you really do know very little about female reproduction. You don’t even comprehend why women terminate pregnancies. Not that every rape leads to pregnancy, just as not every sexual encounter leads to pregnancy, but you seem to be missing how and what causes pregnancy and how often women go for abortions. Women don’t use it as a means of contraception, but they do use it as a means of terminating unwanted pregnancies, non-viable pregnancies, and pregnancies that could mean their life. Not every woman gets an abortion, but if they ever need one during their reproductive years, the option needs to be there for them to choose, if they want or need it.
Oh and btw, abortion can be illegal, but it won’t stop women from getting abortions, even to save their lives, so all the tired Repug crap won’t convince people that abortion is wrong when it is not. It is a needed health care option for women, but if the Repugs go through with this, I’m sure we can figure out a way to regulate their bodies, in a manner that will kill them too.
