Food Science for everyone

Sometimes, NPR’s Splendid Table gets into the news about food, and they usually do a good job. The stuff about cheese goes on for too long, but first few minutes, on biodiversity is really interesting. I think the solutions are going to come from the current big companies, not the little organic farmers. Those farmers will get help from the big money though.

The CEO that is mentioned has since been ousted, but he started a group that might actually be doing something.
