Well written as usual. My only comment is that if they were to follow through on recommendations number 1, and 4 there would logically be no need for recommendations 2 and 3 since 1 and 4 would effectively remove all homeopathic remedies from the market. I suspect however, that politics and money will prevent 1 and 4 from being put into effect though leaving us with only 2 and 3. This would sadly give us a set of legislation as ineffective as the current approach is for supplements under DSHEA.
