I really feel this movement is our best hope of averting utter catastrophe, and urge members to join XR, as have I. There are hundreds of chapters in cities around the world now and membership is growing all the time, hopefully exponentially.

One of their objectives is that governments declare a “climate emergency” - an excellent, potent and feasible objective, all the more potent for Trumps absurd declaration of an emergency over the wall because it is widely accepted that most things from his mouth are absurd, stupid, inappropriate and toxic.
