No matter, his opponent happily obfuscated the facts by misrepsenting EPA Gina Mcarthy’s remarks concerning change anyway. Blackburn’s contention was that even the EPA director stated that 26 goals hadn’t been met yet for climate change but Mcarthy’s statement was 26 “indicators”, not goals and she wasn’t denying AGW, she was affirming it.
